if any of my neighbors ever rat on me for washing my car in my driveway they'll have serious **** to deal with in the immediate future

That system is ridiculously expensive as it everything else on their site. I use a wet/dry vac plumbed into a 55 gallon drum. You just need to detail on a slight slope. You can control the water many different ways if no slope is available, however. BTW that's only for very visible (corporate-type) volume detailing which I don't do much of.
