Won't be making it to the meet tonight. Sorry guys. Got a job interview out in the LA area early Monday morning so I am staying at a friends place that's closer to the job.
I thought I saw your car the other day cruising around, what's the deal? Wasn't it broken?

OK all I'm in town now. It's a 72 coming up, I live in Joshua and have a large lot and a kegerator. Who's in? All we would need is to decide on the beer and get some food. Any branch or car is more than welcome. Hit me up!

I just realized that UFC is going down Saturday. I was thinking about renting and watching it at the house. Anyone want to come by and watch it as well? We can split the cost and the 61" 1080p TV ensures that everyone can see. Let me know.

You caught me. I ran out to finally quickly wash the car after driving it the 1100+ miles and neglecting it while working on the house for the past week. I think we are going to watch the fireworks on base but my offer still stands for a get together at my house. A pot luck type of deal and BYOB besides what I have on tap.

I just looked at the base site and saw that this year is supposed to be the biggest. Apparently you can see everything from your home. I'm going to check if I can see anything of the base from my place. If so I'm going nowhere and I vote for the car meet to be here.

“The display, which we anticipate will be visible from houses across base and in the surrounding community, is scheduled to last from 9 to 9:30 p.m.,” Haskamp reported. “There will be no amenities or parking available at the actual launch site and viewers are invited to watch the fireworks from their homes or parks in their neighborhoods.”
