Anyone here been Pulled over for Reckless driving
i got one of those and they wanted to give me 6 months in prison suspend my license for 3 years and go to traffic school that was gonna charge 3 grand so good luck they dropped the charges on my case i got it down to 15 caltrans and it never came out on my record i had 1 year to complete those 15 days so i had it good so good luck
Reckless Driving I got caught doing 95 on a 35 zone Racing an 87 SS Monte Carlo with my old 94 Z28 Camaro about 10 years ago. I was hit with Speed Contest & Reckless Driving. Two motorcycle cops were posted in a Street Racing popular area. I was caught doing 95 mph, and the Monte Carlo doing 90 mph.
The motorcycle cop that got me was real calm when came up at my window, and asked for my License & Registration. Once I gave him the requested info, he came back within 8 minutes and issued the ticket for both offenses with the mph written on the citation. I questioned the speed he wrote down on the citation, and with his calm toned voice asked to "Get out of the car"! He escorted me to his motorcycle where the gun was flashing "95" on the Radar gun, the other gun was flashing "90". At that point I shut the **** up! He told me that if I was doing 5 more miles that I would be arrested and having my car impounded for 30 days. So again I shut the **** and left like a was buying groceries with both hands on the steering wheel.
At that time I had to do community service because I was not able to afford to pay that big *** fine! I did a **** load of hours for months through out the scorching heat in the summer! It was the worst punishment ever!! Trust me I learned my lesson and never fucked around ever since!

i got caught going 115mph cop knocked it down to 95 said i couldv had my license taking away and stuff but gave me a break. guess he liked supercharged 4 bangers or that it was a chevy. seemed to know what it does and asked how it drove
I was trying to tokyo drift in a honda back in 2005..... Before Tokyo drift came out.
Umm i failed and went up the curb. Neighbor hood watch called the cops before i could take off. It was irvine so cop was there before i could even get the car off the curb.....

You should get a lawyer and put the smack down on them 
then say it hurt you mentally and you will never trust the police again!

A couple years back showing off to some chick in a grand am (at that time i had a nicely modified grand am) and well I was doing about 70mph in a 40mph zone, now the bad part is I had a little nug of weed and my nice glass piece in the car. Cop pulls me over, asks me why I was speeding, I say because obviously I am an idiot, he chuckled cause he liked my response, then he got me out of the car put me in cuffs and sat me on the curb, then asked "do you have any illegal substances in the car?" I say maybe, he then says "do you or do you not have any illegal substances in the car?" I was thinking at this point I could be a dick and say unless you have a warrant you can't touch my car, instead I say yes I have weed in my car.
He helps me up,puts me in the back of the patrol unit, then looks up my profile I guess he was going through his computer for a good 3-4 mins all the while I am in the back going this **** is uncomfortable and **** i screwed up big.
He goes and searches my car, finds everything then comes back pulls me out of the cop car, takes the cuffs off and proceeds to say "Look you appear to be a good kid and were just messin around, I know everyone smokes pot but seriously you need to be a lot more smart about it, next time someone pulls you over just for the speed you were going you could get your car impounded and stay the night in jail plus lose your licens for 6 months, and even get hit with possession charges. I am going to let you go with a warning because you have been really cooperative and seems like you know just how bad you fucked up, but if you get pulled over in the future you will be screwed. Go on have a nice day."

LS1ADAM.... you were 1 lucky s.o.b un real i can understand why he wouldnt take you to jail just for a little bit of weed but to leave it all in your car and not atleast give you a ticket damn boy lol....
