Anyone here been Pulled over for Reckless driving Has anyone here ever been pulled over for reckless driving..... no matter if you actually were doing it or you were falsely accused of it.
I go to court at 3:00 today for it for being pulled over back in March .... I have a very very strong case that the charges will be dropped.
If this has ever happend to you what was your experience like and what was the outcome in court

heres what happend in a short story....
leaving pavillions in snottsdale get on 101 cruseing at 50 mph since the freeway was dead... dropped it in 2nd ran it up a straight away to 80 where i start to come up to cars and and i was in the far left lane where i see the cop and i slow down but barley pass him he merges over at that time i slowed to 65 " speed limit " he pulls me over
heres the good part
Asks me to get out of the car. Puts me in hand cuffs doesnt say " your being detained or arrested yet " then he starts to asks me questions and i say are you arresting me he doesnt respond. Meanwhile my roommate is in the car " female " witnessing all this about 2 minutes into it he says your being arrested for RECKLESS DRIVING .... He doesnt read me my rights yet continues to ask questions questions questions. I have my degree in criminal justice i went threw the acad back when i was 23 but decided i didnt want to be a cop. So not only has he failed on civil rights he decides to tow my car. Well he has no right my roommate has the right to drive my car. I was already in the back seat when im finding this out..... theres 2 cops there and 1 cop says to the guy who pulled me over why are you towing his car. He responds " oh im doing this for his punishment " are you ******* shitting me....... anyways. Then he writes me up for having black out tail lights all around my car, then saying my tint on my car is to dark LOL its FACTORY TINT i have pictures and everything to prove it. I have a lawyer who has already said the worst youll get out of this is a speeding ticket.
This cop broke ever civil right i had he didnt follow protocall whattsoever...... anyways.... im not fucked.
not worried 1 bit.

i just got yelled at by santa ana pd the other day for going 75 in a 35....he said i was reckless and could arrest me....and he was considered a traffic "expert" by the courts...he wrote me for loud exhaust
Basically I went into court then at 3:00 a women came in called me out of the room and the judge came up and said he Dismissed it.
The cop basically fucked up when he pulled me over.
