I'll be there. Expect mid to high 8s. I'll try to help you as much as I can. Street tires?

On my way to the track my clutch pedal stuck to the floor and I couldn't drive my car any further. Had to get it towed. Now I have to figure out what's wrong with this **** lol.
Sucks!
I should be there next thursday.

alright so just got back from my first trip out and here are my time...
1.) 8.9 - i knew my launch was way to weak
2.) 9.0 - damn tried to make up for my first weak launch and i ended up spinning the tires
3.) 8.7 - Finally got a decent launch and defiantly felt the potential
Over all i had a great time and gained some great experience and saw a few nice fbodys. Even saw the new ss camaro and got greatly disappointed as he got his *** kicked by an 07-08 GT....for shame!

Not the times I wanted, but I see some potential...
Best run was a 8.638 @ 87.20 w/ a 2.146 60' time.
Seemed like I was the only one there on street tires, I spun a lot.
<benchracing> I think the car has a 8.3xx in it. I just have to get some sticky tires and try to cut .3-.4 seconds off of my 60' time.<\benchracing>
