Window motor repair
So my passenger side window has been acting up lately and today it completely stopped working. So I'm guessing it's the window motor that went bad but I was wondering if I should try to replace it myself or take it in somewhere. Is it really that hard to do yourself? Thanks

Thats makes me another victim to the passenger window motor going out aswell. Dont they have a kit where its routes the wiring to the battery so you dont have to use a motor anymore? Or I may be wrong?

I am horrible at fixing things, but I did it myself. There was a great write up with pictures on here somewhere. Found it

^ yup; that's the same guide I used to replace my passenger side motor. I bought a replacement one on ebay that gave me the screws along with it.
This is the one I bought

The process is relatively simple. Just make sure you take some time to plot where you're going to drill. I took me about 10 - 15 minutes to mark up exactly where to drill with a sharpie. I might have taken a while but my saying is - a job worth doing is a job done right. After drilling a hole through the door skin, drilling out the rivets and popping the motor out is a piece of cake. I used loctite on the screws to make sure the screws don't come off after a couple hundred times of opening and closing the door.
The worst part was having the fiberglass all over my hands so a pair of gloves would be handy.
I also installed the Autotrix kit a while ago for the passenger side a while back. The new motor actually goes up faster than my driver's side motor now.

the kit you are taking about wires power directly from battery to passenger motor. for some reason the passenger motor is wired to the driverside, then to the battery.
