you guy need to go to the svt forums to look at these prices, cobras are going for cheap now ( less than 20k) but if you look for them on autotrader and ect your going to pay dealer price for them
on another note if this car has a forged motor then go for it, but stock 4.6 internals are not that strong and 530 rwhp is really pushin the limit

so i was talking to my friend who knows the car. and he said that everything is built. motor transmission ect.
said "it could do 700 whp with pump gas without braking a sweat " soo......?

yea... thats what i was kind of thinking. this thing is like a terminator replica. but it is making a good amount of power.
i was thinking about everything n like what i said. i would have to sell my ride then i would be in some debt to pay off for this ride. in which i could just spend the money i would need for this car on my camaro n get parts...?
but would it equal out...? if i was to sell my ride n get the cobra or just keep my ride n put what it would cost me to get the cobra into my own ride.

I say look for an 03-04, I had a buddy just sell his hardtop black 03 cobra with like 30k miles for I believe he let it go at $18k. Look around for the deals. They are there. I want one for a daily driver at some point. Realistically I would buy an M6 fbody.

Well you only spent a couple less for your car than the price of that cobra, I don't know if you could balance that out. For me I could spend 7k on my car, have something that would mop that fake termi up and have spent the same amount of money, and I would still be NA.

alright checked it out... n i was a lil misinformed. haha. its a 1999 not a 2001. with a 2003-04 body kit. its REALLY clean. the whole engine bay is chromed out. NO problems or anything. its to low in the front so hes going to raise it up a inch or so.
and it didnt dyno 530 whp. it was more like 480 whp or so at 8 psi. which it could be tuned higher... the guy i was talking to said he doesnt know if it has headers or a cam. wasnt the actual owner... just helping him sell it. but i got his number. but it didnt sound like it did. what i really liked was it had a safety feature the guy added on which is like a kill switch. pull a lil thing out n put it on your key chain n you cant start the car unless its in.
so i dont know i got some thinking to do. ill post up pics soon

watch the video to see the engine.. and i forgot to get interior pics. but its got a rear seat delete. comes with a deck. battery is in the trunk. then the kill switch add on.

no doubt its a very nice clone, but i would double check to see if its built...If not i would stay away if you plan to turn up the boost..The un-forged 4v like the ones found in the newer mach1s are good to about 500...A terminator on the other hand is forged from the factory and good for 700+ on the stock motor..GL

yea if i buy it then ill double check. but he said that the engine is built along with the tranny. and everything is pretty much new. the guy never drove it. mostly a show car. hes selling it to get a new saleen. what the guy said was the only thing that should be fixed for it to be perfect, said it needed a paint job. there was spots all around it n some chip marks but its whatever. i wouldnt have it as a show car. it would be my DD. and then the front being to low. but he was going to raise it before he sells it.

its actually like 470-480... (what the guy told me) but i dont know i found a Supercharged 2000 Camaro SS with 45,000 miles for $12,500 and he seems to want to sell it fast so maybe get the price down to $12,000 or so?
