probably a missing heat shield or its had any exhaust work done probably needs a heat shield

for fixin her up tho, id repaint remove some dents of course, lower it, through some black 18s on there and y not a ls1 while ur at it

here's some pix of my dads car, its amazing what some paint, wheels, weatherstripping and a lowering kit can do to a third gen. These cars look awesome when there clean, and you dont need an lsx to go fast. It does make it easier tho.
