i have no experience with mids...i have seen guys pull great numbers from them, but last i checked there aren't any smog legal mids...if there are no smog legal mids you may as well go for the LTs

Im just trying to figure out for ground clearance issues. Cops dont care about my tint or that I have no front plate

that's where every TD setup is different. I can give you the contact info that me, gonzo, jesse use for exhaust work. I'm lowered with the LTs and 3" TDs and have better clearance than some not lowered and 2.5"...unless you get SLP LTs (which supposedly they fixed...doubt it), ground clearance isn't much an issue with the TDs....

what springs you have again? or how much of a drop is it?

PM me and I will talk you through everything. I suggest you get the fabrication done at CMS or at the exhaust shop I use. My clearance is GREAT. Just don't be that asshat who refuses to go over the axel.

There was a good graph on here that showed the power difference between LTs and Mids, but it is no longer. I believe the mids made almost the exact same peak power but the gave up some under the curve. I think if you cut off the ball connectors when making duals and port the primaries you wont be able to tell the difference between the two on a stock motor.

when I said about not going over the axel, I meant guys who still go out the back, but go under the axel. Most reputable shops won't do it anyway, I am just saying, it is a bad idea. Dumps are a differnet story.
