i hate incompetence

so i took my bumper the to a local body shop to get painted and i requested that they fill in the holes where the plastic camaro grill goes, they said not a problem and they would charge my an extra 100 dollars to do that.

i also told them i needed it done by today! and they said it should be done yesterday

so i went there about 5 minutes ago and first my bumper is still not dry (he said maybe in a few hours)
but they also only filled the holes on the bottom and the sides AND LEFT THE TOP ONES.

so now i have a bumper that has holes in it but i can not put the grill on

so im ******* **** and really i dont know what to do

should i tell the guy im not paying for filling the holes (since he only did half)????

i need some advice

Did he atleast do a good job? make him fill the top. That's what you paid him for

Yea it's a pretty simple solution. Just calmly tell him that you aren't happy with how it came out and that you wanted all the holes filled. Then let us know what happens from there. If he's a good businessman he'll apologize and redo it.

sux!Dont pay the extra $100...u know its just bondo right.pay him the normal price and then make him aware of the fact that he is an idiot.....seriously a nutless monkey could do his job

I wouldn't pay him the extra $100, since he didn't do what he was supposed to do.

well he gave me back my bumper last night, and agreed to have me bring it back on monday and he going to fill the holes respray it and colorsand it

so we will see what happends
