No, they don't run consistent 11's.

But yes, it is possible to run an 11 was my point.

With a decent driver that's got the car down, a C5 Z06 runs 12.40's typically according to most media you look up. So at the very least I would expect that, unless you're not used to the car or the weather is shitty. Best thing to do is go to corvetteforum.com and look up different people's results.

Actually not quite true. There were a few 02+ stock Z06's that did 11.90's with dr's. I've been on the Corvette board along time and some people posted some actual time slips and witnessed one in Sacramento years ago and knew the guy so I was sure it was stock! But I wouldn't count on it most I see run 12.50's

Well I guess a few factory freeks with dr's did it. Thats pretty awesome. Plus I guess some tracks in low elevation areas with good weather really help too.

Yeah, I had always heard 11s, but I just didn't think ~1200 feet above sea level with ~3400 DA is going to get it done.

Member on here went 11.9 or 11.8 on street tires with his z06 with his z06 in az. He did have a filter and tune though. He doesnt post up much here anymore. Most of the time he was low 12's but you do get some good nights out here.
