forgot to mention, when I got back into Temecula last night heading home, I'm cruising down the main drag and all of a sudden the car flys by me "whiiiiippiiiiiishhhhhhh whiiiiiipppiiiiiiisshshhhhhhh".... I look over and it's a yellow MR2 apparently turboed. The guy was acting all bad ***. And since we were cruising and my car is relatively quiet when cruising he probably thought I was stock or something. Who knows.... about that time I look over at my GF and say "oh no he didn't"

Pull up to the next light right next to him... it turns green. I go ahead and let him romp on it, and I just match his speed while he's "all in it" because I know I can waste him... then once we hit about 50 I go ahead and put full pedal in it roasting the tires and spinning loose all over the road while that nice 6k pull roars in his side window... put a bus length on his ***

we keep rolling and the guy had his head down the whole time... wouldn't even look at me, get on it, or anything... I'm like "what happened to all the whiiiiippiiiiiishhhhhhh whiiiiiipppiiiiiiisshshhhhhhh ****..."

cruised the rest of the way home with a big *** grin on my face and the GF laughing her *** off... I didn't wanna go home after that

hell yea, those are definitely show worthy. And luis's car is DAMN fast for what it is. I about **** when he pulled on me. nice running car. I wouldve liked a run with jose on motor, and my run with the GTO got cut short due to 3rd gear....the Frankencar strikes again! we definitely need to do this again soon. The hot wing pizza i ordered was possibly the best pizza i have ever had haha

Ken, you should see if you have a clogged cat... my old firebird did the same thing as what your describing and it was an auto. Found out later it wasn't the tranny like I thought, but the cat was clogged... therefore bogging and not shifting

I'm assuming you have cats of course lol

what was done to the gto? it's a nice goat for sure.your car is officially the
"the Frankencar" you should get some custom trans am badging with a skeleton pheonix and the Frankencar wording on top. that would be sick.

Hey all:

Brand new Kooks L/T Headers and Kooks X-Pipe with Hi-Flow Cats.

I just got the trans built to stage 5.

Its the Tune. 30MPH to 65MPH it does not kick down a gear when I hammer it, it just boggs. 0-30MPH it comes unglued and 70MPH and above it comes unglued.

So it has a dead spot from 30MPH-65MPH

I already talked to Ryne at CMS and taking it in next week to get fixed.

So when I raced Luis and the other car my car never down shiffted at all. It was like I was in OD. LOL

Reid Next Time I will turn my bottles on. Should be a better run then.

Sorry I missed this one. I got too carried away waxing the car. Is anyone going to San Marcos on Firday? I really want to come out of hiding and show everyone what I've been up to!

Sounds Awesome, welcome to the Family. I started out well over a year ago going out to all there meets. I just live a good distance and ended up starting the IE Chapter. But as you can see we all get togteher offten.

Sorry I didn't get a chance to meet you and talk to you more. Next time for sure. Also loved the sound of your Posessed car. Made me really miss my old 66 Elcamino.
