Did your alarm not go off? You can take of your interior trim in the quarter panel area and turn your alarm sensitivity up so that it goes off when the wind blows too hard.. lol.. My brother's vert is turned up really high, and every time I start my car, it goes off.. haha

I knows times are tough but a car cover would really help with stuff like this. Back when I had my 1st 2nd and 3rd vette and had to park in a carport even though they were daily drivers I always covered the cars and no one ever messed with them. Make sure you have a locking cover otherwise someone will steal it. I know how you feel my 04 is sitting outside in the cold while my 99 is loving the garage!
