well atleast the good news is that i should be finishing up the paint
an body sometime this month or next no later than

that jongbloed hood. looks sick. i always liked it..
yea goes by sunoco hood now.
i was thinkin of putting red gs stripes.. but i was scared itd look ugly.

i got some pics of my car goin to my school to finalize the body work.
it should be done in about within this week an maybe paint in next month or so...
also have some pics of a 572 with a 4l80e goin onto a 90 4wd silverado
but motor an trans are on the chasis the cab etc. isnt on it yet

the 572 w/ hughes 4l80e
i did some of the paint on this, all of the wet sanding, buffing an polishing.
its an 86 firebird quasar blue in the backgrounds is my friends 73' duster
its goin to be yellow with flat black 6 pack hood, 340 stroked out hemi, with 3 speed auto tranny..
my car
i had to put a 4x2 to hold up the tranny lol since we didnt take it off
the body work should be done sometime this week latest on tuesday..

it should be pretty sick the truck is basecoat clear coat with hecker spies paint an clear.
my car idk if im goin to do a single stage black or a basecoat clear coat..

the guy who the truck is for is filthy rich that truck once its done
its goin to be his wife's daily driver :O
he left about a 40k deposit to do all the work
the motor was about 15k shipped or a lil more
for tranny an drive shaft, an crap for the 4x4 he spent about 8k or so

well the car should be ready for primer in paint in couple of weeks
ran into some problems with the doors so im heat shrinking them an doing body work on them.
i also ordered my cam a xr276hr-12 specs are int.276/exh.281, 1.5 rocker arms, dual valve springs, new tall aluminum
centerbolt covers. im goin to get my plenum powdercoated black, an runners black chrome or chrome.
so my motor should be done in a week once my parts get here.
as for exhaust im run the edelbrock shorties, with custom fabricated x pipe with
either pypes violater mufflers or race pro mufflers..
an since i couldn't afford my 4in. fiberglass hood i might just buy the lift off hood
or keep the original an add the 25th. anni. red rally stripes

this is how the body work is going
had to form the body line an check it with paint if its straight
the problem i ran into. the door metal was so weak i had to heat shrink it an pull it.
got my new fenders
my z06 wheels i bought from julio aka SS#2906
what that 572 motor is going into
and my headers after cutting the emission control pipe crap that they had for them to look cleaner an not have all this pipes an hoses everywhere
i rewelded the tips an painted the headers again.

but ima return the springs arent going to fit an cant afford to get the head ported bigger.
