Spark plug wires are messed up somewhere, could also be a bad ground as stated check the wires on the back of the driver side head and see if the bolt is tight back there. pain in the *** i know. Otherwise pull spark plug wires I have extras if you want to borrow I have been through this enough times now. I have msd's and extra stock ones let me know if ya need either to test it out.

Also, I know my P0300 code ended up being a little bit of water in the driver side 02 sensor harness (where it plugs into the extension). Found that out after I replaced all the coils/plugs, and was about to replace the 02 sensors, lol. Blew the water out and the code went away.
So I'd check the random, easy free stuff first. All the connections that control fuel/air/spark.
