trying to get my dealer lic. and have some questions about locations. Trying to figure out how to get around it. Also was it worth it for you to get you dealer lic. ?

Had one for about 3 years with a cheap retail location.

Pro's

Drive on dealer plates and never pay sales tax or smog
Get into dealer auction's and such
You can insure cars based on total value and it's a write off


Cons
Retail location is a min if your lucky of $3600.00 a year
Paperwork galore
Keeping track of sales tax crap

Pretty much figure to sell at least 20 cars a year for it to be worth it.
