Well I am back from Germany and will update the website shortly.
There is going to be a slight change to the Rim of the World Cruise. The Parks dept. have been very unreasonable and demanding an outrageous amount of $$$.
So instead of trying to accomodate that and raise the price I found us an alternate spot for lunch. We will continue past the park on the main drag about a mile (maybe 2) Around the bend is a huge shopping center on the left (vons etc..) and a Sandwich shop who is more than willing to accomodate us. I will put more details on the website this weekend.
We are only about 60 days out now tell your buddies to get signed up, remember the racing is first come first serve til sold out and the cutoff is May 7th for preregistration (cheaper prices)

i want to preregister for sunday but still am not sure if my car is gonna be done in time....

It looks like there is plenty of space now, but as it get closer it fills up really quick.
So far I have people call trying to get in after the racing has sold out or trying to register after the deadline.
All I am saying is ensure your spot is locked up by registering early (it also keeps the workload spaced out for me)

It runs! LQ9 is in and running. Have an issue with lean codes for both banks, but working on the tune to correct. Should be dyno tuned in the next 3-5 weeks and be ready for racing at LA Invasion!

I have a feeling I am going to be real busy the first week of May cause it looks like everyone is waiting to the last minute to sign up or I am going to be up S**t creek (I am very familar with this place, it is next to Murphys Law)

Guess What! The camaro Boys are coming. I just talked to Rob from the club and they are likely coming in force.
It turns out the club is changing from the sounds of it. He says it is the clowns that make it on You Tube give them all a bad rap. They have changed their policy on their rims with a max of 16 to 18" for any kind of racing. and only put on the big 22" for a car show now. The trash talkers are getting kicked out. So all i can say is don't prejudge.
Rob was well spoken and I look foward to meeting them.

The runner up amount had been increased to $120 for each class. What this means is that if you do not win your class but are second place you race for free that day!
Also the 1st place prize money for the 13second class had been increased to $300
2. Hotel Rates Lowered
