Question Colorado peeps- inside please

Hello everyone, so it looks like I will be moving to Colorado in
The future. I was actually wondering how many months out of
The year ( from when to when ) you all get to drive your cars
Specifically T/A's, camaros etc.

Thanks

I'm moving to Denver if that helps to determine things.

Some people store their cars for the winter. I drive mine whenever it is nice enough.

The weather is pretty much cold from November through March, although occasional we get a few warm (50-60F) weeks here and there.

Usually during the winter months there is sand/gravel on the roads which can be irritating.

The salt and sand can't be good for your paint...

I'm used to storing my trans am for the winter, so that's not really a concern. I just hope the winters there aren't longer than here in NM. I already store it Nov to mar sometimes April. Thanks for the replies guys

LOL, you don't have to tell me that, I have 184k miles on my '97 SS. Just saying that the salt and sand must suck...

New here to the site -- Colorado Native though. Live in the north suburbs for Denver (just northeast of the airport). You can usually drive your car any month -- as long as you don't mind the sand/salt/mag-chloride. When we get snow, it's usually melted within a couple days.

Our F-bodies & G8 stay in the garage most of the season. If you're not opposed to storing the car, you'll be fine.

Good luck with the move!

That's good to know, thanks for all the info guys. I'm actually really excited about moving out
There. The snow is the only concern I have really, only because in my city they kind of slack on snow
Removal and just prep in general.

Anyways, thanks again
