Default WTB LS1 Camaro

Going to be ready to purchase around the end of March beginning of April and want to see whats out there and weigh my options. Prefer a 01-02 SS. Must be M6 and have T Tops. Prefer Black leather interior. Really want red but open to other colors. Throw it out there. I am open just that's what I'd prefer. LMK.

Don't want to deal with '98 ECM swap and etc, sounds like a good deal though. The SS clone if its the one I'm thinking of has like 142k miles that is way to high for me. Right now I have my eyes on a '01 Artic White SS, M6 Black leather T Tops 82k miles for 9500. Buuut its in Texas..

whats your budget?

I had been toying with the idea of selling mine a while ago, and if the amount was right id still do it.

01 z28 but Granatelli signature series (special edition) with 24k miles, red with ebony leather and t-tops, but its auto. Id sell if I got $18k for it.

Trying to stay around 10k. I honestly can't bring myself to pay much over that for a close to or older than 10 year car, with the exception of say a CETA or 35th LE

its all good. Im not really trying to sell but figured id throw it out there.

just an FYI, people pay much more than that for older cars. granted a 10 year old fbody isnt a 68 COPO camaro, but there is value in a low mileage, perfect condition muscle car.

GL on the search.

I'm not saying there aren't cars out there worth the $$, your Granatelli for example I would say is defiantly worth the money but i want a car I don't feel bad for driving because it has really low miles since it'll be my DD between work and school and whatever or mod because it's all original, low mile, rare option etc.

Thanks and I agree. If i got a good offer i would take for that exact reason. Im the type that likes to enjoy my cars, and while i do enjoy this car, i have been conservative on the mods because of said reasons.

I will keep my eyes open for good deals to send your way.

I actually found, what I think is a really good deal today.

2001 SLP SS, 6spd Less than 50k miles. It's got a few little mods, SLP Y pipe, Hotchis Sport Suspension package. Other wise looks bone stock. He's asking 13.5k firm. Oh and it's red, my favorite color. I think it has black leather also, from the side pic with the windows rolled down other wise no interior info or pics. Hopefully its a T Top, can't really tell.

And Thanks for keeping an eye out for me.
