Not if you have recorded video proof like these girls do, that the guy in the Vette was being a moron.

 

And she kept driving slow after he was out of her lane... wow, in the left lane, those girls are the reason we don't have flowing traffic, yeah you almost gt hit, but collect yourself and keep going, they were still going slow for a good portion after.. I tell ya kids these days lol.
