Im pretty sure its not your pilot bearing. puck style clutches make tend to makes like in the video you posted. they will start to squeal a bit. have you tried dumping the clutch a couple times? that should make it go away....
just give it more gas when you try to get rolling from a dead stop. you cant really slip it out like a full face clutch, otherwise the squeal will start/ come back again.
