CJ, it's a good thing you didn't have 2 more people in your car than it was designed for, with the t-tops off, not wearing seatbelts, while drunk, and doing over 100MPH (like this dumb Corvette owner). If I die by flipping my car with 6 or more people in it while doing over 100 and spreading it over a debris field for around one mile, then ALL of you can make fun of me.

CJ, your pics remind me of my buddy Johnny's wreck. I only have one pic, but from other angles, it looks worse than this:

Luckily, he made it out without any major injuries. Makes me wonder if hardtops would fare any better.

You can't see it in the pic I posted, but the t-top section is level with the top of the driver seat. When I sat it in, my head was above the level of the windsheild. The passneger side is worse, the top of the seat extends out the t-top section. Johnny's lucky to be alive. I'm sure a passenger in he icar wouldn't have been as lucky.

A girl im talking to told me about it.
she said they were college girls in a sorority at her school.
she knew one of them.
Sad. Very sad.
I dont get it though, why would people endanger themselves, fitting 4 people into a corvette.
Whats done is done.
RIP to them, condolences to the families.

God damn CJ

Do you think a 6 or 10 point rollbar/cage would have helped keep the top from crushing down on you?
