Thanks
Didn't really get to much time to work on it today, but the goal is to get one thing done a day lol
Had the cage picked up from the coaters..
Put on the water pump with the -20 fittings..
Also picked up something for the interior...

How we usually do them:
I am impressed with the kit, the welds look excellent and the stainless is good. Only fitment issues so far was I had to open the flange holes up some. For someone in their driveway, that doesnt have the right tools, and is not a fabricator I could see this being a problem. We have a fabricator at the shop so its no biggie, this is how I will be running a 4" down pipe. First motor will see this 76mm, and the 402 motor will see the 76 just for testing. But I know a 81mm will end up on the car.
With all that being said, I didnt wrap the hot side yet because I want to keep a eye on it for now.

nice
i just got the same hot side last week and plan on running a mp 76 on a h/c/i 5.3
i was pretty impressed by the kit as well, the headers are double welded, the merge welds are all smoothed out, for the price it seems well worth it imo
btw which flange did you have to open?
and please post some pics of the dp after your done, i dont plan on using the dp that came with it so maybe you can make a copy of yours to sell to me

Damn, this is awesome man, nice build I have been reading up on that ebay hot side kit and when I saw you were using it I wondered if you were running into fitment issues, looks like having a fabricator on hand helps lol.
Can't wait to see the finished product either in pics or in person.

Thanks man
Well the inside looks like a car again, other then the wire nest out of the cluster lol
Decided to mount the coils down in the fender (car will never be driven in the rain).
Put some stuff on so wires wont burn up.
Put the oil drain on.

do you have any other pics of the coil bracket?
I have a few Q's
-where did you get those plug wires from?
-how much were they and how long are they?
-is there any issues with mounting the coil and having them touch each other when mounted on the bracket?thanks!
