I dinged my drivers side front fender on the 69' camaro and in between fixing that, the passenger door ding that someone was nice enough to give me and a few other minor imperfections in the paint job and I was thinking of color sanding the old paint job down and re-spraying the black without the SS stripes, then adding Yenko stripes to the car. The only catch is, I already have the yenko stripe kit, but I'd like to do it different than every other Yenko clone out there and have the Yenko stripes laid down in True fire. Anyone know of any good airbrush guys in San Diego that airbrush True fire flames? The car will be freshly painted black, etc, and I can put the stencil kit on, etc, I just basically need the guy to show up and spray the true fire flames. Thanks in advance.

thanks, but I was really looking for someone that was already an expert at this. I'm quite sure that with enough time and practice, I could get really good at painting true fire, but I don't have any time to practice.

The shop I asked said they wanted around 5k to do the stripes, which I thought was really high. Just figured I'd toss this back out their. Anyone know of a place to get true fire flames done in and around the San Diego area?

I'm bumping this back up. Still looking for a place to lay some true fire flames down. All the person has to do is show up and spray the stencils. I'll have it all taped off and ready to go.

I contacted Mike Lavallee (killer paint) to paint my front licence plate cover on my Trans Am with real fire & he wants $500 ... I can only imagine how much to paint a car would be
