Perfect would be negative DA....going from 400 DA at Irwindale in the winter to 3600 at Fontana will take its toll. Not impossible to get good running conditions but the good thing is, everyone will run just as slow. Corrected DA is used to gauge whether your car is running up to par or not.

Good explanation. It's useful to compare your car's performance in different weather conditions.

**** .... 12.72 at 105 3600 DA. 1/8th was 8.079/84mph . Best at irwindale is 7.68/90mph with consistant 7.7/88mph all night. Losing alot after the first half of the track, dont know why, but i would say 3 tenths slower due to weather.

Ok, so finally went out to the car to get the time slips out of the center console.

Best N/A pass:
Sunday 12:26pm
R/T: .273
60': 2.100
1/8: 8.56 @mph: 86.36
1/4: 13.117 @mph: 107.12

Only ran once on spray since I knew the weather was making the times shitty and I was dissapointed.

Sunday 1:28pm
R/T: .189
60': 2.089
1/8: 8.026 @mph: 92.21
1/4: 12.233 @mph: 118.15

I haven't looked up what the DA was for my runs, but I was expecting more.
For comparison, the last time the car went to the track was December 5th, 2009 at Speedworld in AZ, running the original 140k LS1 with the same headers and transmission/gears/etc. Temp that day was right around 60* and it was overcast, so there was some moisture in the air.
Best N/A that day:
R/T: .034
60': 1.981
1/8: 8.401 @mph: 86.11
1/4: 12.958 @mph: 108.51

Best 100shot that day:
R/T: .152
60': 1.971
1/8: 7.834 @mph: 92.92
1/4: 12.00 @mph: 119.05

I calculated the corrected times for the DA using that website... seems to be more along the lines of what I thought the car should run.
DA=3317
My NA run of 13.117@107.12 corrects to 12.591@111.67
My 100shot run of 12.233@118.15 corrects to 12.037@120.05

Using the DA calculator sea level correction I come up with 11.75@116.43 for my car. I need to work on that 60'.

yeah... very easy actually ... i though it would be hard but once you get your head working in lambda instead of A/F its simple.... that and you need 50% larger injector
