They are not getting ride of the line, just not referring "Chevrolet" as "Chevy" anymore. They will still make the line of cars, and still call them Chevrolet, just not Chevy.

actually the company "Chevrolet" in Mexico has their own cars (some different ones) but they are named "Chevy" dont ask why, i dont get it ether...

this is one of the models they have.

I knew this was not fake. GM and Chevy are synonamous.It sounds like the media is hyping this up a bit and now GM has to waist their time answering questions and battling critics.
