Thanks to Xtreme Performance Transmissions
Thanks to Johnny at Xtreme Performance Transmission http://www.xtremetransmissions.com/ for the t-56 build and the Tick Clutch Master Cylinder installation. The car shifts GREAT for the first time in 10 months. He also just built my sons 4L60. for those looking for a shop, I highly recommend Xtreme Performance for tranny work at decent prices.
Also, for those looking to upgrade their six speed and clutch, I definitely recommend installing the Tick Adjustable Clutch Master Cylinder. I read alot of threads about how the GM Clutch Master Cylinder was fine, so I tried to save some money and bought a new one and installed it along with my clutch. It could never handle the job. I should have listened to most of the people on here. The Tick was definitely the way to go.

x2 for Johnny;
He rebuilt my T56 on my WS6 and was super helpful throughout everything.
He also rebuilt the torque converter for my 5 series as the seal had torn and was throwing a code; lucky for me he's also very knowledgeable with ZF transmissions too and was great at diagnosing the issue rather than what other independant BMW shops all wanted by trying to sell me on telling me that my transmission was done for and I needed a rebuild (ZF transmission rebuilds are a lot more expensive than a typical GM tranny rebuild!)
He really stands behind his work and is a great guy to deal with.

x5 For me too, blew the 4L60e in my truck. Took it to Johnny, where he cut me an amazing deal for a full rebuild and new converter.
Great guy and great quality, hard to find these days.
