Rolling my sleeves up.

Rolling my sleeves up.
Well, I decided to go ahead and color sand my paint then clay & buff it all back out. Just too many friggan swirl marks when I strip the wax off. Bought a 10X20 ft awning to pop up and keep the sun off of it since it's too low to make it up the steep driveway into the garage. The funny thing is that as I went through my garage and storage shed, I found three angle polishers and four random orbitals not to mention about fifty different compounds and polishes. Been playing this game for a long time. Guess what I'm trying to say is "I'm getting facking old."

Lots of scratches that will not come out with just polish and wax. Perhaps I can get away with wet sanding the pesky scratches and just polishing and buffing the rest. I guess I'll figure that one out when I get started. I haven't tried heavy coumpounds yet and I do have several good ones. I guess I can try that and if it saves me some time, then great.
