Any shops buy transmission cores locally? (SFV) I've had 2 4L60E transmissions sitting in storage for a while, and it's about time to get rid of them. One is out of a 96 Camaro, and the other is out of my 97 T/A. Of course, there's not much demand for these, so I was thinking of selling them as cores to a shop.
One of them is in good shape, the other had a rough 3-4 shift when I pulled it out. Does anyone know of any shops in the SFV, Ventura County, or even LA that would pay decent money for a tranny core?
