The 'mod list has quite a few suspension pieces so I bet underneath it all it's a solid car and a good performer. If I bought that car, what I would do is park it in front of the original owner, and after money changes hands I'd bust out a disc sander and just grind that hideous paint off. Then, I'd whip out some black rattle can/primer, spray the car and then drive off and have an awesome NFS Underground-ish 'Vette with awesome handling...
