Default Engine swap?

Have a relatively stock ls1, always maintained with mobil 1 synthetic. Nothing serious done to it besides a k&n intake and new spark plugs. Runs great! Never tracked, had the occasional blast around town but nothing serious. Always run with 91. Looking to trade or trade + cash for a slightly built engine, something I can just drop in. Anything out there?

Why don't you just build yours? Or you want more CI?

my first thought, if you know the engine is well taken care of then that is a good candidate to mod. You dont know what youll be getting if you buy someone elses junk...

there is a guy floating around here who has 220k on his H/C/I ls1

Yes, more cubes = more torque, and horsepower is a derivative of torque.
