The spot im talking about is off the 10FW and Azusa. About the same distance from the ten that the IN&OUT is from the ten.

There is: Round Table, Jamba juice, Yoshi, Wendys, and a couple more places in that same Parking lot and Tables/Chairs outside to hang out.
