I never had a visual done on my car, I know they have the mirrors there to check for cats, but I ran catless for several years and they never said anything. Outside of that, as you dont have a CEL you will pass.
edit: this was in Tucson. Phoenix metro area might be tougher on the visual.
Where are you moving too?

Ive never had a problem. My corvette had no cats and was cammed and passed fine. my current trans am also passed with no cats. There is no sniff test for obdII cars.
I have NEVER seen them actually look under a car or even ask. Usually its just comments on how they like the car or how they like the exhaust lol.
Some countys in az dont even have to do emissions at all.

You shouldn't have any problems passing emissions. Considering that your car is OBDII, all that's required is for them to plug their computer into yours (the car) to check for codes. As long as your SES light isn't on, this process should be a breeze. I just recently had my car emissioned and they didn't even bother with popping the hood. I'm Procharged, LT's w/ catted y-pipe, as well as a variety of other supporting mods, and I had no problems passing smog. What part of Az will you be moving to?

I went in with my old t/a and had no exhaust (dp dumped at pass. seat) running rich as hell on e85 just stinking up the place.. dude got in the car and turned the key on.. there was 3 fuel pumps,an oil return pump, and 6 gauges that all came on at the same time he was like wtf!! I passed though..

Pulled up to the emissions place with cam lope and these in my back seats
Plugged me in to check for codes, did the thing with the gas cap and I was good to go. No mirrors, no nothing. Opened up the dual cutouts as I left. I haven't had cats on the car since I bought it.
