C6 ZO6 441ci hits Colorado Streets.
Hello Everyone... Just posting up pics and info on the latest project that was completed. Lets just say, amazing CAR !
440ci Stroked LS7 w/Darton Sleeves. 14 to 1 compression, E85 Dependent ;-).
the build consist of....
- Darton sleeved LS7 Block sleeved and built by RED a local machine shop.
- 441ci stroker ( callies crank, rods, and daimond pistons w/ nitrous rings)
- almost 14.0:1 compression (scared especially since I am planning to spray 250shots!)
- will be running E85
- vette-air heads/cam pkg
- Stock angle milled LS7 Heads by wcch with SS exhaust valves
- black widow revised cam with duel springs
- Morel lifters (link bar)
- CHE rockers
- Innovators West damper
- all ARP hardware and block is machined for larger studs (just to be safe)
- Ported Fast intake with Nitrous outlet direct port
- Nitrous outlet nitrous kit with 102 plate (planning to do 2 stages)
- 2- nano 4500 kits and 2- 15lbs bottles
- NMS1000 nitrous controller
- Stock fuel pump with 80lbs injectors.
- NW102 TB
- Halltech KB2 CAI
- LG 1 7/8 super pro headers with off-road xpipe
- Stock exhaust
- RPS BC3 Clutch
- level 4 built T56
- stock rearend
Once we got the motor in which took a day or 2 with proper alignment of the new very nice RPS Clutch and everything engine related installed, we decided to tackle the Nitrous as well. Took some time as it was completely custom. This N20 setup was bought used, but we had to adjust quite a few things to make it fit properly, the N20 lines need to be redone as well as the bends that were there previosly didnt work with the now fitment of the silinoids.
Here is a Pic of the engine, car and setup.
Here's pics of the engine being setup at RED.
Other Photos of the setup...
Here is a Video I made for the owner Ahmed. He really wanted to be here for the actual initial fire up of the motor but could not make it. So here is what I made for him, no problem with you guys seeing it too... Of course we do these videos on many of our projects for customers.
Customer took delivery over the weekend and reports he's very happy.
Dyno numbers coming soon. Should be around 650+ RWHP N.A. and who knows when we hit it with a 250 shot
Have a good day Everyone, with this beast purring in the shop, we are !!
