Default Which tuner in Bay Area to re-tune?

If I bring my Z28 out to the bay area, I'll need to get it re-tuned for 91 (it's currently tuned for east coast 93). I don't need a full tune, just need someone who knows what they're doing to revamp it for 91 and possibly fix a couple of other hiccups in the current tune. It's a built 408 with a 244/248 cam and pretty much full bolt-on's. It runs pretty good right now, put down 475 rwhp on a mustang dyno, but it could use some adjustment. I don't have time to be taking the car back and forth to a shop for re-tune's as well, so I want to get this done right the first time.

Based on these requirements, which shop in the bay area fits the bill, in your opinion? I'm not sure many tuners in the bay area are used to higher hp NA cars like this considering the smog standards, but I could be wrong.

What's your reasoning behind either of them? Simply because you've heard about them or because you've had experience with them and seen them do great tunes first-hand?

Just depends on Where you land in California.
sac=Romans
San Jose Area=synergy
Oakland Area=Newtech

I have only dealt with Newtech, and had great results. I liked the idea of all the high horsepower cars they continue to have on the road. Trying to be one of them one day.

I've been in the east bay for a while, so Synergy and Newtech are both close to me. I suppose I'll contact one of them when it comes time. Where I come from, there are lots of "tuners" around, but only a handful that you actually can trust to do it right. Does anyone have a Mustang dyno around here?
