Need some Las Vegas help.

Looking for an Army buddy that I served with. He got out of the Army in 1998 and moved back to Las Vegas where he is from.

I remember the name and the car. Havent seen either in years!! I'd still like to find a cowl hood for my t/a from the way his looked.
