Default Ls6 head and cam swap

I am getting set to do a ls6 head and cam swap on a 2000 f body. Was looking at the tsp prc stage 1 head/cam package and wanted to get some opinions from Cali folks on the best possible cam match keeping emissions in mind.

Thanks for any input

If you're going with one of there cam packages either a 220/220 112lsa, or a 224/224 114lsa, to optimize it you need to go with a custom grind, or a cam from another company.

With running stock manifolds and catted y-pipe you'll need to run a cam with more exhaust lobe duration.
For example: 215(lsl)/226(lxl or xer) 113lsa +2 (-5.5* overlap), or a 215(lsl)/226(lxl or xer) 114lsa +3 (-7.5* overlap). For a slightly bigger cam: 219/230 115lsa, or a 219/228 114lsa.
