thinking of registering car in yuma.. any insight is appreciated :)

like the title says... im thinking of reg. my car in yuma. all thanks to the rules here in CA.

and i have better plans (mods) for this baby

.. what do i need? cost? if my car is reg over there do i need a lic from over there too..?

any insight is greatly appreciated

..my ride is reg'd there, with an Az. lic.,

just in case i get stopped...my ride is so illegal it wouldn't pass in any state....lol...
