Wish I would have seen this thread earlier to tell you about it. They had a special on tuning for $350, can't beat that deal. Anyway, this is the place to go. I wouldn't mess with Newtech in Hayward, my brother got his Camaro tuned up there and didn't like what he did with the car. I honestly think Nick, at Newtech, could have done a better job with my brothers car.
Yea can't beat that... I got appt. Monday at force fed ill post numbers after dyno thanks

I went to Force Fed for a couple things, tuning being one of them. At the time, about 6 years ago now, Keith was in charge and Billy was just turning wrenches (I think it was him). The first time, Keith left me and my car halfway through a sub-frame connector install to go get his car from a shop while I waited for 1.5 hours... The second time he tried to dyno tune my 427, but it was burning too much oil thanks to a **** poor build by the local engine shop. That one wasn't really his fault.

Nick at Newtech is a cool dude, I went there a few times.

Yea but hayward is just so far the car wouldn't make it and a 300$ tow not worth it ... I hear a lot of really good things about billy he's a nice guy can't wait to see what it puts down

So the $500 ish you pay for a HP tuners tune includes the required credits ? Or are you another $100 in for two credits ?

There's allot of good tuners out there, and I think most of the good ones are still around. Your best bet is to give each on a call, and go with the one you feel most comfortable.

Billy at force fed was good but I think he left. Keith has been gone for a long time. New tech has done horrible things to many people. I had them replace a clutch and they burnt up the brand new one and never got it installed. the car wouldn't even go into gear with the new clutch. They also had a friends Saleen for over 6 months to correct a problem with the supercharger belt coming off. Once again the car was never fixed until it was sent to another shop.
