My kid got a job at a pizza place and they want him to start delivering in the next week or so. He was going to use his sister's car (she was driving my ex's extra car), but she was rear ended and the ex's MBZ was totalled. Short story, son is assed out on a car again.

Looking for something under $900, if that's even possible.
Something that can be registered and pass smog.

 

I like to browse on clist most of the time and i seem to see many descent beaters at 700-1000 bucks. May have to put in little bit of work but they will pay off for sure. Aim for early 90's corollas and camry's... Also Geo's would be a good alternative at that price range as well.

Quick question, at pizza delivery companies, do they compensate for gas?? Im just wondering

Yeah, I've been checking out eBay, autotrader and clist. There seems to be a lot of flakes on clist.

This pizza place doesn't pay for his gas.
