Default Co emissions legal swap??

Who has here in the Denver metro area has pulled off a legal LS1 swap?? I am trying to figure out what exactly is needed to get it approved. I did call the public health dept and they told me that the engine "needs" to think it's in the donor vehicle. My problem is that it is going into a 80's gbody and i need to incorporate my 99 TA's engine emissions components ie: air pump, evap, charcoal canister, fuel tank pressure, cats, 4 o2 sensors, obd2 etc etc. My main concern is the fuel and evap system.... I am required to get it approved first then get it tested every other year here in Denver county. I plan on converting my auto ecm converted to manual and keeping the rest. anybody?? I would love to keep it stock looking.
