This past weekend I made the 3 hour drive from the bay area (Vallejo) out to Coaling, Ca for the weekend to attend the Airstrip Attack event put on by Shift-S3ctor. This is a 1/2 mile, side by side racing event, pitting plenty of high horsepower cars one-on-one down an airport runway, hitting speeds upwards of 200+MPH. Imports, domestics, exotic supercars, 400 horses up to 1000+, all in one lot. A good time indeed! Unfortunately, I only stayed for a few hours of the second day, so I'm not sure how things turned out Sunday.

Very nice pics! This looks like a really fun event, but I'd feel out of place with my lowly GTO, compared to all those cars LOL.

Great pics! Man I gotta make it to one of these. Even if Im at the bottom it looks like fun. Run down a few Ferraris and Lambos......if theyre stock. Lol
