Hi, i'am new to this site, just registered 10mins ago, I joined because I have a project on the go here in Aus and need some local knowledge in the California area to locate the engine in need. I'm after a 6.0ltr Vortec truck engine, either an LQ4 or LQ9 I'm not fussed because I plan on rebuilding it with a forged rotating assy and will be using LS3/L92 heads. I just need a complete solid starting point and I can take it from there. I'm in Australia but have a contact in Compton that can ship it to AUS no problems there. All I need is some contacts of good businesses over there that I can trust, someone that doesn't mind sending a pic or two of there engines. I've had no luck emailing random businesses from the phone directory that don't even respond or want big money for hi mileage pieces of crap when they find out I'm a foreigner. Thanks in advance.MICK.
