Yeah I usually show up with a part number ready or call ahead to see if its in stock. Employees typically just go off whatever the computer shows so thats expected.

Buttoned things up enough to fire up the motor for the first time. Initial start up, held 2500rpm for 15min, then change oil and drive it hard to seat the rings as per the builders instructions. Took a quick little video after the initial fire up and oil change. Almost there.

I would assume CMS if your in social and putting that much into a build why wouldn't you go with the best?

Not yet. Working on the wiring to the fuel pumps right now. Probably gonna put 1000mi or so on the new motor first.

I must say tho, before the plug got fried i took her out on the road and she's a straight up beast. Now, to figure out this wiring. Smh

Couldnt find the oem harness anywhere so I ordered the hotwire kit from Caspers. Its basically an oem harness but made with heavier guage wire. Looks like Ill just adapt it to work with the dual pump setup.

Just in case anyone ever needs to replace a harness weather pack connection, check the link below. This place has them, all types, pretty cheap. Better then paying crazy money at the dealer for a whole newharness. Caspers has a lot of good stuff too.
