Default Any FAST LT1's in the Denver area ??

My car has been on the back burner for a few years (divorce), now its time to get ready for spring/summer! I need to get MOTIVATED ! ! !

Are there any local forced induction LT1 guys ?? NOS ??

I am concerned about how to handle the high altitude and the effects that it is going to have on my car. I know I need to make some changes to my set up (mainly tuning). The car has been 10.40's @ 138 mph w/1.59 60 ft. with a T56 (at sea level), I put in a TH400 and lost a lot of mph (almost 25 mph), I planned on putting a tighter converter in it but my relocation back to the Denver area prevented me from changing the converter and trying it again at sea level.

I am tempted to sell the TH400 and go back to the T56, but its not easy finding the local F-body parts in this area. .

Here is the video of the transmission breaking and the airbags deployed (in my face, LOL)

The link isnt working correctly, YouTube Camaro airbags blow (burgundy Camaro, Cecil county race track) .
