need to shave off 5mm off the back of my wheels

i want to shave off 5mm off the back of my wheels to increase the offset resulting in the wheel being more sunk in.

anyone know any shop that can do that?

I've heard of a few rim shops that do it, but I can't remember the price. I want to say it was around $200-$300, try calling the local places near you.
