Lookin for not so expensive socal shop to rebuild t56

Anybody know of a good shop in Southern California who doesent charge an arm and a leg for a rebuild? 5th gear and reverse syncros going bad in my buddies Z. Thanks in advance?

I have a buddy that changed my clutch flywheel,put in a ls2 clutch change out throw out bearings and sychros etc for under $600 I'm sure he knows how to rebuild a Tranny....PM if interested.
