What is up with the Tranny?

It slips out of reverse. If I put it in a gear before I put it in reverse it's better but I still have to hold it to keep it from slipping out half the time. It's not too bad now but I'm worried it could get worse. Bought the car with 59k on it beginning of Nov this year. Want to line up a good mechanic source and get a cost estimate for the future.

Baca transmission. They know there **** on pretty much everything. The dad,(dan) who owns the shop is the guy who teaches the transmission class at the csn. Mine is going in this week.
