If you've ever had to get a car part welded, you know that many shops are pretty much useless when it comes to that stuff. Well, I found someone that is located up near Sunland, CA, and he is a great resource for any welding needs. I don't get any kickbacks or anything from posting this, I just wanted to share my experience to thank him for doing a great job--and help anyone out who might be in the same boat. Manny also owns a '70s Camaro, so he's one of us. Here is what I posted on Yelp:

Manny has the rare trifecta:
1) Skills: He's lays down some impressive, quality welds.
2) Patience: He will work with you on how to best achieve what you are trying to do, and he will stay until the job is done.
3) Reasonable Prices: And when the job is done, he won't overcharge you.

I needed some custom TIG aluminum welding done on a car project, and most welding shops were no help. Manny did a fine job, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of some welding fabrication or repairs!

8.Lug

You just need to find a fab shop, not a "welder." Fab shops are everywhere.
