Default How to get rid of car shell? Bay area/Hayward CA

Hi All,

Im considering parting out one of my car. I have the title in my name and everything but I have no clue what to do with the shell once all the goodies are gone.

Any one local have any contacts/pointers?

Thanks

There are plenty of places that will take that. As long as it's completely drained of fluids, they'll come right to your house and pick it up. Why would you even ask here before you did a simple google search?

There wouldn't be any fluids to drain it would be down to Bare shell.
The car is a Rare C5 RS6 so I dont expect a lot left. My main issues I found is those places wants a roller/still have parts in them. Not sure if I'm looking up wrong places in google?

I found some guy in CL but he charges to pick up non roller.

other thing option I found was cutting it up and dropping it to recycling a bit at a time. I wanted to see if theres a more convenient way.

thanks for the response

Scrappers are always on the road searching. try to catch one driving by. The easier it is to load the better. A " free take it" ad in FB marketplace might do it.
